Responsibilities

  1. Work directly with the Director of Operations and CEO in assisting in daily operations of our Northern VA office including but not limited to
  2. Answering phones for 2-6 executives
  3. Managing calendar for all executives
  4. Ordering supplies for entire office of 1-6 executives
  5. Maintaining cleanliness and order for entire office
  6. Be a successful liaison between the Corporate office in Northern VA and our branch offices in Roanoke, VA and Woodland Hills, CA
  7. Book travel for executives
  8. Handle corporate expenses for executives in Concur
  9. Run small errands for the office and it’s executives
  10. Respond to questions and requests for information
  11. Generate emails, reports and memos when appropriate
  12. Assist with the training of staff members and new hires when needed

Qualifications

  1. Superior time management and organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  2. Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  3. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency of operations
  4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to be flexible from day to day
  5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems in creative ways
